I am an accomplished senior level Information Technology Executive with over 30 years' experience in the media, distribution and service industry. I have been responsible for business consulting, application development, infrastructure architecture and IT operations, which allows me to develop and execute programs that align business and technology. I have managed IT groupsat RTL Television, Toshiba and SBS Broadcasting, and have provided strategy consulting and technical advisory for various market leading organisations.

  • Co-created and developed the advertising sales business strategies, enabling functions, and business and technology transformation roadmap for a regional cross-platform media organisation.
  • Developed the Enterprise Architecture blueprint, covering business, operating model and technology architectures for a linear and digital broadcast ecosystem renewal program.
  • Developed technology and digital optimisation strategies for major local organisations, covering corporate functions, IT, and data and analytics management.
  • Managed, transformed and developed the regional Information Technology Group of a global Technology company, covering business applications and information technology.
  • Developed and implemented a shared service operating model for a technology organisation, covering Finance, Credit, HR, Logistics and IT, including SOX compliance.
  • Conceptualised and managed a programme, establishing an end-to-end media content management architecture, providing a cohesive approach from content acquisition to distribution and repurposing across TV, Online and Radio.
  • Developed the Solutions Blueprint and Impact Assessment for an advertising sales transformation programme for a tier 1 TV and Digital Media Organisation.
  • Migrated commoditised infrastructure applications from on premise to an 'Application as a Service' operating model, reducing operational cost and providing additional functionality.
  • Programme managed the expansion of a single market Free to Air channel to 12 markets, aligning program acquisition and planning, advertising sales and playout technologies.
  • Guided the expansion and changed operating model for a Broadcast Management system, supporting new media rights management requirements and more transparent operation.
